On the ripe red fruit end of the spectrum with red cherries and currants taking the lead followed by pomegranate and plum preserves. Teaming up with the fruits is cedar, crushed rocks, black licorice and relative modest levels of vanilla bean and crushed mint from the oak. A bold red by most standards, in the realm of Napa Cabernet it falls into the elegant category. I like that. A lot.
